G'day — I'm Matt Whiteside, the owner and head tradesman at Go To Property Services. I'm a fully licensed builder (QBCC #1098799) based on Brisbane's Northside, and I've spent years on the tools building, fixing and maintaining homes right across South East Queensland.
I started Go To because I saw too many homeowners getting messed around — quotes that ballooned, tradies that didn't show, jobs that needed redoing. So I built a business on the opposite of all that: turn up when I say I will, charge what I quoted, and stand behind every job.
On top of being a licensed builder, I'm also a licensed Completed Building Inspector — qualified to assess finished work against the standards it should meet. That inspector's eye carries into every job I take on: I notice the small things most people walk past, and I fix them properly the first time rather than papering over them.
